Refund Policy
There are no refunds on any services. You are paying for my time, product and other expenses used to provide you with an exceptional service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, the Esthetician will try their best to accommodate or fill if it is the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours from your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

Late Arrivals
If you know you will be late just inform me! Send me quick text or phone call. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/No shows
If you know you cannot keep your appointment you must cancel or reschedule it 24 hours in advance. If appointments are no shows or cancelled late, then 50% of service payment is required and will be charged.

Facebook/Instagram Booking
If you are not booking with me thru this site and are contacting me directly through Facebook or Instagram I will required a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service you are wanting. This will go towards the service and in the event that if you cancel after 24 hrs of your appointment, no show, or arrived 15 mins late you will not get that deposit back. However if you’re wanting to reschedule before your 24 hrs are up this deposit will go towards it. I will only allow a one time reschedule as my time is valuable too. Thank you for understanding.
