Appointment Overview

Please be on time as every minute counts. Unfortunately, additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointments. If you have a lash extension appointment please DO NOT drink coffee, tea, or caffeine based products before arrival. This will make you fidgety and need to used the bathroom. Your eyes will be closed once the application begins and you will not be able to get up to use the restroom.

All care is taken to ensure your safety. I will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as allergies. Any reaction to eyelash extension or facial products ( If allergies are not disclosed during intake form)  is not foreseeable by Monarch Studio LLC. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, I will remove lashes free of charge.

Free Parking is available outside of the studio. Before and after photos may be taken only upon your consent for the purpose of advertising and marketing for Monarch Studio LLC.
